Shipping and payment
All items offered by our online shop are subject to the regulated conditions and everyone who buys through our site is automatically assumed to be aware of them and accepts all these conditions.Â
The price shown for the products in our online shop does not include VAT. It will be calculated after purchase.
Products will be dispatched by the carrier that best suits the order, which may be Correos Express, CTT Expresso or DHL.
Once the customer has confirmed payment, dispatch will take up to 5/7 working days for the whole of Europe and 2/3 days for mainland Portugal.
As shipping is an external service to our subcontracted company, we cannot be held responsible for any kind of delay in delivery by the carrier after it has been sent and is in the possession of the postal services.
All payments must be made before dispatch and only by bank transfer.
Value of postage
Shipping costs will be calculated according to the final weight of the order, its volume and its destination. Once the order has been placed, an invoice will be sent to the customer showing the shipping costs for the order requested.
Order tracking
All shipments made by GTD Car Parts will have a tracking number and the order can be followed using the tracking code provided in your customer area.

Returns and exchanges
Shopping in the Online Shop
In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to return a product purchased online and sent by courier;
Acceptance of the return is subject to the following conditions:
- Maximum 14 days after receipt of purchase;
- Product returned in its new and unused condition, in original box with all accessories included and their serial number and manufacturer's stamp;
To exercise your right of return, the customer must request the following by email geral@gtdcartparts.comPlease specify the order number, the description or reference of the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
The customer should also bear in mind whether the product they wish to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and whether they therefore received a gift product. If this is the case, you must return not only the product in question, but also the offer you received with your purchase. Both products must comply with the aforementioned guidelines.

The product must be sent, properly packaged, without damaging the original box, according to the instructions received by email.
The return of incomplete or damaged products, as well as products without packaging or products showing signs of having been used, will not be accepted.
If any item is received under the above conditions, the customer will lose the right to a refund and will have 10 days to collect the item(s) from the premises indicated above, bearing the cost of collection.
Warehouse collection
For purchases made directly from the warehouse (NBX-ECOMMERCE, LDA - Barcelos), unlike distance purchases, Portuguese law does not require the selling company (NBX-ECOMMERCE, LDA) to accept the cancellation of the contract (return) if the item is in conformity.
In these cases, although Portuguese law does not require the selling company to accept the return of the material purchased by the consumer, NBX-ECOMMERCE, LDA, as a courtesy to its customers, may, after analysis, accept such a return within the first 14 days after purchase, but the refund can only be made via a credit note.
This credit note can be partially or fully discounted on new purchases from the GTD Car Parts Store, either in our Online Store (at www.gtdcarparts.com) or in the physical warehouse in Gamil - Barcelos, after it has been assigned to the respective customer account.
The credit note is valid for 1 year.
If the customer prefers to pick up from the warehouse, payment must be made by bank transfer. in advanceand picked up after confirmation by GTD Car Parts via email.
Important:Â The collection of orders in the physical shop, resulting from bookings or purchases previously made through the Online Store, telephone or email, will be subject to the legislation governing purchases made directly in the physical shop, and will not therefore be determined as a purchase made remotely (Online Store).

Exchanges
The customer must return the item(s), request a refund and make a new purchase. The entire returns process is described in the "Returns" section.
Refund methods
 GTD Car Parts will endeavour to reimburse the customer as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return at the warehouse indicated above.
The refund will be made in the same way as the customer made it, in this case by bank transfer.
Return costs
If GTD Car Parts is notified and it is confirmed that there has been an error in the product(s) dispatched or that the product(s) have been dispatched with a defect, GTD Car Parts will bear the cost of the return by collecting the product(s) in question from the delivery address. To this end, a GTD Car Parts employee will contact the customer to arrange collection and provide any further clarification on this matter.
If the situations described above do not apply, and the customer has mistakenly ordered the product or simply no longer wants it, the costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer. will be borne by the customer.
Due to any changes made by the suppliers or manufacturers of the products, the images of the products may not correspond exactly to the actual product, but the product sent retains its characteristics.
All changes and/or modifications to the original characteristics of the customer's vehicle are the customer's responsibility.
